More and more people are launching to watch anime series, and it is not surprising that they want to know all the releases that will arrive throughout this new year. Due to the pandemic caused by covid-19, there were not a few projects that had to be delayed in 2020 and, however, 2022 arrives full of strong emotions.

When do the anime premiere seasons start?

There may be some anime that you have in mind to follow closely but you get a bit confused when it comes to knowing when one of its seasons can be released. The reality is that animes are released in all four seasons, with releases in Spring, Summer, Autumn and Winter. The division of these seasons is as follows:

Winter season – January, February and March

Spring season – April, May and June

Summer season – July, August and September

Fall Season – October, November and December

How long can an anime series last?

This is where one of the terms most used by anime fans comes from and it is “cour”, which translates as course. This word is used to measure the length and duration of an anime. Most of the cases are usually divided into a single cour, which is divided into a period of three months, which coincides with the seasons. In this way, a cour can be confused with a season, however, it is considered a complete season with 4 cous (around 50 episodes) or half a season with 2 cours. There are animes that only release 12 episodes per year, while others exceed 50 episodes.So, the division when it comes to knowing how a series can be divided is:
