One more year, Editorial Standard launches his manga contest for all those aspiring mangaka who want to try publishing a job. The editorial has disclosed the bases of the Manga Contest 2023, which also marks the opening of the term to submit proposals. The bases detail the content and format characteristics that the submitted works must comply with and can be consulted in full here.

The winner will have the chance to publish the work presented under the seal of Editorial Standardin addition to receiving a royalty advance and €3000 Gross for performance rights.
The period to send the works closes on October 29, 2023 at 11:59 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time). From this moment, the selected candidates will go to the voting phase until the beginning of December, since the finalist will be announced during the next Manga Barcelona.
